Live Voice Streaming

I have a new webcasting project in which I need to capture live audio from a phoneline and then stream it through WMP,QuickTime, RealPlayer, etc...

You can see something simiilar to what I am working on at:

I have no idea where to start to capture the audio from a phoneline. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
