Live video feed thru PowerPoint?

I have the need in a few weeks to add a live video feed from a digital video camera to a presentation that is otherwise all PowerPoint XP. I can do it by swapping plugs on the projector, but was hoping for a better/smoother/neater transition, plus it just me thinking that it would be cool to be able to do.

Has anyone ever heard of a method to allow this? What hardware (other then basic PowerPoint stuff & video in card)?
