Live update problem with NAV 03

I have WindowsXP home and having problems with the live update. I'm having to manually download the updates from Nortons web site and install them. When Norton tries to live update I keep getting a error. I'm sorry I don't remember what the error was. Any help would be appreciated.

I got that too, says something like make sure that your computer is connected to the internet! I have DSL it is always connect! Is there something that has to be configured in the internet settings to get this to work.
