Hi,
Im using Symposium 5.0 with web client. Occasionally supervisors call me to say the live stats showing number of calls today have just reset to zero. This shows up on ADD screens.
The live stats configuration is set for 24 hrs so I only expect this to happen once a day at 0800. Not in the middle of the day.
Anyone know what reasons may cause this ?
