A followup to the earlier post regarding sharing of live Excel data via a browser: BadBlue just introduced a business-oriented peer-to-peer package in which each PC gets its own tiny, search-enabled web server.
The new version (introduced yesterday) serves live Word documents over the web (screen shot: ). The previous version served Excel data in a similar manner. Seems like a lot of potential uses for accessing Office data over the web - especially when you only need a browser and not the actual Word or Excel application.
