Live Reporting and Wallboards Stopped

Hi all,

I am having problems with one of my skillsets reporting data to the live reports and wallboards.

The skillset is functioning correctly, but all 4 of the reports do not show any call data for the day or agents logged in.

The wallboard for this ss shows all 0's for the stats.

Any ideas whats wrong?

If anyone has this issue, I resolved it by restarting the voicemail service on the BCM.
 
what version BCM isit, i have seen this a lot on un-patched 3.6 systems not so much on 3.7 and 4.0

If its not broke tweak it..
