Live record not working....

I'm having trouble to set the live record feature on our AD-64.We have an IPS 2000.

Here are my settings:

08>141:0-
1323>2013:0-
9000>2013,02:F1091-
3522>00:0- .... 3522>:63-0
5115>01:2050-
5118>01:2050-

When I press the key to start recording, it stays lit and the VM port display ringing for a few seconds and stop.

What I'm I doing wrong?

Also look at Business Hotel Feature as Front Desk phone can be used. I do not see any way to program in Matworx.

Did you check live record settings in the subscribers mailbox?

It looks like you have all the correct pbx settings

Yes, it is enabled.

5118>00:2050-

It's already set this way:

5115>00:2050-
5118>00:2050-

Also, for some reason the record key on my dterm is always red even though I did not press it.
