Live record in OneBox 5.0 does not work!

Hi @ t-t.com.
I would like to know how to record a message direct in OneBox when calling the OneBox main number and entering star (*) and the mailbox number. When I do this in connection with OneBox 4.1 and 4.2, it works as it should.
Using OneBox 5.0 it will not work. Can you explain why. The Callprocessors are installed in the same way.
We would like the following: Call the main number for OneBox and press star (*) and the maibox number. Herafter record the message and hang up.
The feature in OneBox is called live record.

Sorry! I found out. It is named "Subscriber message" now, and works perfectly as it should.
