Live Mesh Question: How to stop sync of "My Dropbox" folder 1

I want to contnue to sync MY DOCUMENTS, but within that folder how do I stop syncing of the "My Dropbox" folder? I am a new user of Live Mesh, so please answer step-by-step so that I will be able to navigate to the right spot.

If you stop the Synchronization with this "Dropbox", can you then use a program like this to do your own Synchronization?
