Live Debugger?

I would like to be able to manipulate my SWFs as they are playing my web browser. Something like a step by step debugger? Does any such thing exists?

they do in the flash authoring environment, don't know of a web based one...

I did research on Xray previously. It requires you to use a connector which I can't do. I created a little swf to work with a forum I had but I created custom code to interact as a middle man between the SWF and the forum. Since I lost the SWF, my only option is to recreate the server side code by seeing what it is doing and how it is sending. There a few other details too.

Is there anything else? Xray would be good for future use though, thx.
