I would like to know if there is a way, via either the 3COM native software or 3rd party software of some kind, to show live statistics on the current ACD queue.
My problem is that my reps, especially when they are overwhelmed during very busy weeks, do not have any idea of just how busy they are. I need them to be able to see when there is a large amount of people waiting in queue, so they can adjust their level of service accordingly. I was hoping I could use one of my view screens we have mounted in our callcenter for this purpose, but I do not know of an application available that would show this information (live anyway). Does anyone know if this can somehow be displayed through some kind of software, or via the phone display? Thanks in advance for any help.
