Live Business Gateway and OCS - Incoming Calls

Yesterday, our business partner and I configured LBG and OCS 2007 R2.

From MS Communicator 2007 R2, we can make outgoing calls to either internal Mitel phone's or outside numbers.

But, when calling an internal extension or DID, the Communicator client doesn't pop-up for call handling.

Any suggestions?

Business partner is still waiting for Mitel support to call back.
