Little red x's 1

I use Outlook express for my e-mail. When I get something sent to me such as a small picture etc. there's always a little red x and the picture doesn't show. I also have Norton Virus can someone tell me how I can get the pictures.

Open OE and click on the tools drop down menu. Select options and then click on the security tab.
Uncheck the 'Block images and other external.....' check box.

Images should now appear.
