Little Help, Button Console -

Hi all,

Just looking for a little help. I have a receptionist with a Avaya SBM24 Button Module, I am trying to simply setup other phone system users on it so that she is able to determine who is on the phone and who is not.

I wanted to avoid using the soft console with the PC version.

I have configured the buttons as standard users in button programming, however she is indicating that presence is not showing up, I have also tried Coverage Appearance buttons... same with no presence information.

Latest version of IPO. Not sure what I am missing here. A little help is appreciated.

What type of phone.
What version on the IPO? the last version does not always appear to be the last version

Sorry... 9641g supported by SBM24.

IPO is 8.1 (63)

The smb24 is not supported on 8.1, only 9.0 and higher.

Alright, I appreciate the tip.

If I upgraded to 9, which feature via button programming would I use to accomplish what I am trying to do?
