LITE Mail Server for W2K

I need a mail server for my 2000 server, but am not prepared to go in for exchange, cause its too resource intensive. Besides i need only 3 nodes to have access to the internet and intranet mail.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a lite mail server, that is easy to configure and can handle multiple mailboxes?

SLmail by Seattle Labs is a good mail server for less than $1000 bucks you can get unlimited users with fax server also. Haven't gotten a chance to play with the new mail/fax version but two sites I have been running the pop3 on for 2 years have had minimal problems. A+ MCP
