ListView Control - Problem

I am using the Microsoft ListView control as a table to list client payments.

Problem is when the form opens, the ListView control jumps to the top left of the form.

It's very annoying because all he code works fine otherwise. I have even deleted and added the control to the form....but again it just wants to jump to the top left of the form.

Has any one experienced this with this control.....and has managed to figure out why and how to prevent it?

I've never experienced this, but usually if you put a control inside of a frame or a picture box, it will not move.
