listlicense

I ran "listlicense" at the cmd prompt and found a dozen bad sites holding licenses (server). Does anyone know where/how to release these licenses?

I believe licenses are released on a 7 day policy (no activity for 7 days the license is released). I think stopping the firewall and rebooting the box will also release the licenses. Don't remember if just stopping and restarting releases them.
