Hi,
I wanted to have a list of the SQL for the most common types of queries and also the most difficult ones. Could you also write what each means in plain english so that I don't get lost in the code language? Thanks!!!!

Kc,
I suggest you make some 'generic' queries of each type in the Access query grid, then on the query design-view menu, under View, choose SQL view.

Study this, make changes back in Design-view, then look at SQL view to see what your changes did. I highly recommend this as a starting point to learn sql, it's not a good idea to become dependent on Access's friendly query grid--if you move up to Oracle or sql7, you'll find yourself wanting for some 'real' sql ability if you're only experience is in the Access query grid.
