I have a table,3 columns and about 50 rows. When user picks from a list on other sheet, a 1 is placed in the first column and the item is listed in the third colum. This is the only item that is visible in the third colum which consists of if(a=1,b,"")
what I need is a cell that will look at this third column and display the text that is listed. this would be easy if i could CONCATENATE a range. or use hlookup(1,a1c50,3)
What can I do?

never mind, i figured out a way to do it. I used the & operator. Since only one of the fifty cells will show a value, and it is text, i just did this:
=&c1&c2&c3...etc
looks cheasy and sleasy, but it works
