Good morning all. I am trying to find a way to list all the subscribers that are active in MM. I ran a report under reporting tools, user mailbox statistics and it list "some" of them. But I need to find all of them.

Can you clue me in on what would be the best way??

Thanks guys.

Thanks anyways guys, but I found this on another site and was able to pull them up. In case someone looks for this..

If you go to the MAS then go to C:\Avaya_Support\Tools\FEDBQuery and run the application it will download all the subscribers and can be viewed in a text file.

This should help.

That will result in a list showing what MM has in its FEDB having MM enabled, but doesn't the "active" accounts.

If you were just looking for what MM shows for accounts that are enabled for MM, you got it. But if you were looking for "active" MM subscribers, the MM reporting tool might be the best option for you.

Thanks texeric. The reporting tool missed some subscribers. I guess the subscriber traffic reports didn't show some boxes. Not sure why but it left some out. But were going to the newest version of exchange and we need them.

Keep in mind that the FEDB can get out of sync with what might actually be in AD. To make sure your MAS FEDB is up to date as possible you should do a FEDB resync, then run the FEDBQuery.

Thanks again texeric. I haven't had much time to play around with MM since I had it installed and I'm still earning to say the least. I did see the resync tab while I was running the FEDBQuery. I'll try that and run it again. I appreciate the help.
