Listing / Printing objects of a custom gruop

Is there a way to use the MSys tables to list all the custom groups and their links / objects?

I found it. Here is how to do it.

SELECT MSysNavPaneGroups.Id, MSysNavPaneGroups.Name, MSysNavPaneGroups.GroupCategoryID
FROM MSysNavPaneGroups
WHERE (((MSysNavPaneGroups.GroupCategoryID)=3))
ORDER BY MSysNavPaneGroups.Name;
