Listing out kernal parameters

Ok, I've gone braindead and need help. What is the command to list out all the kernal parameters in 4.3.3? I know there is a commnand but I just can't remember it!

lsattr -El sys0

That's not exactly what I'm looking for. The command I'm looking for will list out what the current parameters are set to. For instance, the wall=...., mbufs=..., etc.
