listing of .c11 files and what they actually are as well as playback

anyone know what utility to use to play the .c11 files?

I would also like a listing of them much like we have for the wav files in vmpro so I can change the "there is noone available to take your call at the moment" message played in hunt group queue

There is no utility for playback the .c11 files.
Basically these are g711 raw audio files with a special header containing some info Avaya use to identify the recording.
