Listing Mailboxes

Is there a way to list all of the mailboxes on a Octel 250? Thanks In Advance

There are many ways to do this one is to run a short form report but it will not list type 6 mailboxes. You can also us Mailbox Manager as well as Decision Pro

Ken, I don't have either of the software items you mentioned. So I guess I'll just have to do it with ProComm. So, I use the menu item for reports, correct?

Yes go to menu 14 and add a short form report. What software level is the octel at. If you are at 3.xx or above you should have got Mailbox manager at NC with the upgrade.

I have the same question and was able to get a printout using menu 14 and short form report. My followup question is, using only procomm, is there a way for me to capture the mailbox listing to a file? If I could get the octel to print it to the screen, I could use procomm to capture. How would I do that? Or another way?

If you emulate a TVI920 (instead
of Wyse50) any print commands are ignored and all text is scrolled to the
PC screen. This emulation allows you to use the Procomm 'scrollback
bufffer' or 'capture to a file' to collect the data you need.

I'm curious... I upgraded to 4.01 recently (September)and paid not only for the upgrade but also Mailbox Manager. Is that an Avaya promo that began more recently, and would it also be free through Avaya business partners vs. buying through Avaya directly? Thanks!

When release 3.01 was released Mailbox manager came free with an upgrade or a new system. It seem that most business partners don’t tell he customer about it but I ships with all upgrade and new systems and has for about 3 or 4 years
