listening to ACD calls

I have a Elite system with ACD server. I need the supervisor to be able to observe/listen in to ACD calls.

Do I need to setup a monitor button. If so how would I do it.

You can do this by enabling memory block 1-8-08 page 1 key 4 and 5.

The name of the feature on an Elite is Barge-in.

It may already be set up if you have ACD.

Try to monitor or Barge in by doing the following:

Go offhook

Press Feature button then Conf button and enter the station you want to listen to. Press feature again. you should be able to listen to a call in progress. If not, post back.

Fixin is correct also. Feature is CALL MONITOR and is done by the following:

offhook

press feature button

dial 66

dial ext.

press feature button
