I have seached the archives but can't find the answer to this - some allude to it but nothing clearcut (POA in CLS). I know there is a way to allow a trainee to listen in on a trainer's phone. I have set up an analog line with the Trainer's Key 0 as its Key 0 and it shows as a Mix in the Trainer's TNB. The trainee has the Trainer's Key 0 number on their 3904 phone as Key 02. I have put the analog line in the same RNPG, added CLS PUA, added CLS POA to both the trainee's phone and the analog line but the trainee is still unable to hit the Trainer's Key 0 Extension on their 3904 and listen in on a call that's in progress. We have a Meridian 81C. Sorry for the convoluted explanation. Thanks for any help!

If both users have digital sets with a common DN, all you need is to have POA on the TN that wants to listen in. The analog line is not needed.

The listener can enter the call as long as the other party has an established connection

This is how it "should" work.
