Listen to record call throw manager extension

Hi for all..
Im using kx-ns500 and i activated the two way recording for all call, when i want to listen to the record call from my pc throw web maintenance console its oky. But i dont know how can i listen to the record call throw my manager telephone, anyone have an idea. Mr ired are you here..?

Calls will be in the mailbox of the extension being recorded as old message as standard. You can do #6* extension number to get into the different voicemail boxes from one phone

But how can i put this code #6*.. Is this in prog mode..? I try alot to put this without anything.
Do you mean put this #6*.. After offhook the handset or in onhook mode or what..?

Call in to vm. Default is 500 and when it answers you do #6 * extension number you want to listen to, then password for that voicemail
