In Call Pilot (BCM50) Can I listen messages by remote way ?

Wolfi

wolfi24...yes you can dial the phone number that answers
on callpilot and enter ** it will tell you to enter your
mailbox number and password and hit #.

hope this helps

With mine, I just dial the number to the CP and dial the mailbox number and #, then the password and #

1. Dial the Main C.O. number used to reach your CP auto att. ie. 555-1212
2. CallPilot access DN xxxx
3. Mailbox number xxxx #
4. Password #

grumpyone60...is your callpilot on a bcm50 or a server
and if its a bcm50 sounds like you have yours programmed
as a pbx thats why # works for you if its programmed as
a key system then you will have to hit **in order for it
to work...

hopes this helps

To be able to do this you must first allow 'Enable External Initialization' in the Call Pilot.
