ListBox to StringGrid?

As a weak work around, I'm saving an updateable StringGrid
as a ListBox, than SaveToFile. Works great until I try to load the updated ListBox back into the StringGrid. I know this is probably a novice error on my part, but I just can't seem to work around this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
