ListBox like Win2K add\remove proggies

I need to create a list box like the one in the Windows 2000 add/remove programs app. Where when you click on a list item, it scrolls all list items below it down, then pops up a few lines of description and a button, links and so on... If you have Win2k, you know what I mean. IS there any place to download a component like this, or a site with code like this, anything?
