listbox and scrollbars

when you add items to a listbox and it gets full then there appears a vertical scrollbar

is it possible to not show the scrollbar but control the selectedindex by 2 buttons

ex.
selected up
selected down

The Vertical ScrollBar is automatic, so you would need to create your own control (probably inherited from ListBox) to circumvent it. Having said that there may well be an API that would control whether or not it is displayed.
