listbox and print question

We're working with a form where you can add stuff by pushing a save button. The saved records appear immediatly in a listbox. What we wanna do is when you enter a specific name of a person that only the records appear that those person has saved and not all the other records from other users.

When I want to print a report I have to be able to make a choice of all the printer that are available on my computer. Or that I can choose the printer where I can print on. Thanks...

what you will need to do is create another field that stores the user ID with the record as it is saved, then limit the listbox to only show records saved by that user.
I think there is a FAQ around somewhere that lets you get the user name, but if not, let me know.
