list view in color

Hi
Wondering if it's possible to show dropdown list values in color ie say if the dropdown list has high, medium and low - the high value font color appears in red, medium in yellow, and low in green. Also, if the user select any value it should save in the corresponding color. I have created the dropdown using activex control in office 2003.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
