List Version Number? 1

Is there anyway to have a set a label on a form to the version of the software. All I want is to automate the version in my about window. I have the VB IDE auto incrementing the version number, how do I recall that information for use in a label. Hope that makes sense. I know I could just edit the label manually each time I create a new *.exe but I am to say the least very forgetful and would most likely forget to change the version in the app.

Anyway I think this is an easy question, any help would be greatly appreciated.
