Good afternoon!
I've been looking through the Avaya CM 3.1 documents and haven't found much in the way of interpreting the "list trace station" command.

I've got several 4620 IP phones talking to each other (or to digital/analog phones) and our whole backbone is now IP (using IPSI, Medpro, CLAN) and while we're not seeing jitter, I'm not sure how to interpret fields such as "Buffer" and "WC:"

Is there any sort of guide to all of that? We're having static on the system and we want to know if there are any problems associated with the list trace that we can find.

Thank you!

There is some documentation in the Maintenance Procedures and Maintenace commands manuals for the communications manager which can be had off of Avaya's site.
