An avaya tech showed me this neat command. list trace station 1234/10 The switch will then do a list trace according to what is programmed on station 1234's button number (10). My problem is the button numbering. The button number is not associated with the station form. Rather, the buttons are numbered 1 thru whatever including the hold, conference, mute, etc. according to the station type. So, is there a 'map' or white paper for common phone types like 6408, 6416, 4610, 4620 that would show the numbering scheme for each station allowing for more efficient use of the command? If you have any knowledge of this command please share!

Terminals and Adjuncts" Reference book tells the mapping of the buttons. It can be found at support.avaya.com . It is best to search the site using google. Otherwise it is very difficult to find info sometimes. The site can very slow too. Use your cd=roms that came with the system if possible.
