List the OIDs for Performance counter

i want the list of all oid which gives the performance counter values of the system through the SNMP

What SNMP Software R U using? People normally use SNMP agents to be installed in the servers which comes with the Snmp .They Create standard templates which can be linked to Several Servers.

I'm looking for a list of Mibs/Oids with explanations of each for any type/version of a windows server.

Very hard to obtain that list.
