Does anyone one out there have a method of listing the skipped files from a backup. I currently get an email for all backups but would like to see which files were skipped when a status 1 is thrown without having to open up the admin console and look at the job.

Thanks

The command

bperror -U -problems -columns 250 -e startdate starttime -d enddate endtime -clients xxxx

reports all backup problems such as skipped files between

startdate starttime and enddate endtime for client xxxx

Remarks:

- Normally, there is an output only for backup jobs with status conde > 0

- In a few cases, there is even an output for backup jobs with status 0

bperror is a good start. Be sure to check the man page for all of the available syntax.
