I'm creating a report that will list the portable numbers that are associated with a certain school. I have a table called Table_Portable that lists all the portables and the schools they are located at. Then I have a table called Table_Facilities that lists all the schools. I want to create a report that lists all the portables at each school location. If a school doesn't have portables, then there would be a blank space.
I have tried grouping the portables by school, but that just lists them vertically. I want to have my report say, "Portables on site: 003, 031, 127"

Does anyone have any suggestions as to where to start?

Thanks in advance

Thank you for the reply, that function works exactly as I need in your sample, but when I copy it to my database, I get a compile error. Do you know what I'm missing?

A compile error generally points to a particular line of code. I expect you may be missing a reference to DAO or something. You haven't provided enough information.
