list print stale DN'S ?

Is there a way to list or print stale DN'S and TN'S that have not been called or called out within a specific time frame..like a year? I run the ld 30 loop test to find unplugged phones and that helps for digital sets..but any old modem numbers will never show..

The only way to do this internally is if you have a billing package already running and have collected data for the last year. You might want to contact your Telco and see if they have any reports that can help you out. Of course that will not help with an extension that only makes internal calls for instance.
Going forward, you can make sure everything you have has a name against it, then hopefully, in the future, you will be able to quickly determine what is not used any more. Does not help you now though.
