Getting this error message after installing the merge files from version 9 on computer that doesn't have CR loaded on it. Put report on machine and tried to run it and get this error? Not sure why, can anyone help me?

If you are referring to the merge modules for CR9, these are for application developers who are building installatons using the MSI technology.
They are not designed to server as runtime files for a CR viewer.
If you are looking at a way to view reports on the client machines without installing CR, you may want to have a look at Ken Hamady's site (kenhamady.com) for a list of affordable third party viewers.
This ? might also be better poseted to forum 149
