List Of Values with Parameter?

I want to create a parameter like this...

User Types in a Search criteria...
then the drop down populates based on that criteria some available values...

how can i accomplish this?

i have a view set up that i was using for a list of values prompt...but i want to pare down that list based on search criteria...

Perhaps using XI's Cascading Dynamic Parameters will do what you need ( Not sure since I have never tried that feature yet..XI is too new)
