Besides IE and Netscape, what are the browsers out there that I should be double checking my sites on...? Where can I download them and are they free? thanks in advance.

But dont about 98% of the market belong to netscape and IE..?
Why worry about the other 2%

Being a web developer you always have to be concerned about the 2% issues. It's a good habit to have. The only time you shouldn't take all the browsers into consideration is when a intranet etc.. is only running one and that is what you target at that point. There are those few clients that really don't care though [bomb]
I may not get it the 1st or 2nd time,
but how sweet that 15th time can be.

Hi,

There is also OPERA. This is free, but you can buy the version that doesn't have the add banners.

Hope this helps!

Well I wouldn't worry about the other 2% at all if I were you. However I would build my site to be compliant with the standards. If everyone supports standards then it shouldn't be a problem at all for that other 2% and you shouldn't be spending 98% of your time attempting to serve 2% of your user base. Gary Haran
