How to “Display a list for each country on separate page”
In a list report we have country, product line and gross profit. We want to show data (product line, gross profit) for each country on separate page.

This is Cognos 8.1 Version.

Using PAGE SET as mentioned in report studio guide I was not able to do this. The report still is showing multiple countries in single page.

Let me know the steps if anybody had done this ASAP.

here re the steps...

Select Country data item -> Group it -> Make it as Section header
Include Page Set into Report Pages -> Drag “Page1” into “Detail Pages”
Select Page Set -> In Properties under Query Property -> Select the Query which contains Country data item (here Q1)
Select Grouping & Sorting Property
Drag Country from the Data items list into the Groups Folder
Select Country under Groups folder -> click Properties button -> Check Country data item


It will work
