List folder permissions by security group

Is there a way, even if by a 3rd party tool, to get a listing of folders that a particular Active Directory Security Group has been assigned to the ACL?

Typically, we assign a Security Group to a specific folder(s) and set the permissions as needed.

For example, I have a security group named "Artists" and I want to know in which ACL that Security Group has been specifically assigned (not necessarily inherited) on my local DC.

it's very economical in terms of what management software normally cost. It will let you look at NTFS security and sort it most any way you choose.
