List Control Navigation

Hello

I have a list control which the user can navigate using either the mouse or the keyboard. When the mouse is used the list control moves to the correct item with no problems. But when the keyboard is used the list control doesnt seem to move to the correct item.

Does anyone know why this is? How do you navigate using the keyboard in a list control?
