I am having an issue with styling a unordered list. The text in each item is fairly long and it wraps on some lines and not on others. When it wraps it makes the position of the marker slightly different than the previous marker, which looks horrible. Is this a known issue (explorer 6) and is it fixable? I have tried everything I can think of ... margins, padding, line-height, letter-spacing, inside, outside, negative margins and I can't seem to shake it. Any ideas?

To be honest, I am too lazy to try and copy whatever I think your code is to test it out. I have never had problems with lists. Could you give us the link to the page that displays this problem or failing that show us your code.

Sounds like your CSS is messing things up - by default, each item will be the same width, and so text should warp roughly at the same place.

Try removing all your CSS and seeing if it fixes it, them put things back gradually, until you discover how you broke it.

Hope this helps,
Dan
