List Box

I have a listBox with mover bars whose rowsource are values

For example

I have 5 values

Red
White
Blue
Green
Yellow

After rearranging the colors in the list, I need to know what the new order is.

Which one is in row1, row2,row3 etc.

How do I do that?

Can you loop through the members of the list?

  For ln = 1 To Thisform.lstColours.ListCount
    ?Thisform.lstColours.List(ln))
  Next ln
