List Box - Access

I have a table with the following headings
Name Address D.O.B Department

I have a form where I have a List Box (with Multi Select option selected)where I want to choose two employees.

I want to set up a report (using a query) where I can print out details of employees by selecting two particular departments using the List Box.

I have a couple of databases that I've done somthing quite similar. If you email me I can send you a slimmed down version of that database. I assume that you know some VBA?
