List All Shortcuts to Groups

I am looking for a method to get a list of all the shortcuts for a given group, or even just all the shortcuts period.

In other words, I have a group called "UPDATES 2010".

I have added the following things to it.
Table : Orders
Table : Order Details
Table : Customers
Forms : Form_Order_Details
Forms : Form_Customers
Reports : All New Orders
Reports : All New Customers
Macro : Run New Orders

How can I generate a list of all the objects in my group "UPDATES 2010"?

Or, alternatively, how can I list all the objects that are used as a shortcut in a group.
